Founded a Medicare and Medicaid certified home health care and case management company in 2010. Grew the company in five years from $0 revenue to $2.4 M revenue. Averaged more than 59% growth on annual basis since inception. Grew staff from one person (me), to current staff levels 14 FT and 16 PT. Grew sources of revenue (i.e. commercial health plans, workman comp plans, Medicare, Tricare, and private pay sourced) from one (Medicare/Medicaid), to more than 15 in-network sources of revenue, achieving our revenue diversification goal, two years ahead of schedule (our goal was <50% of revenue coming from Medicare/Medicaid by 2018). Currently we are in-network with  Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, HAP, United Healthcare to name a few.

Started immigration consulting services which took me eight years to realize that it was a failure. Lost $125K which I consider an investment in my subsequent business. I have made every conceivable business blunder imaginable from Credit mismanagement, poor management, sales, bookkeeping, and most importantly the inability to understand my client’s needs. Though costly, I am glad I made the mistakes I made. It made me a better business manager the second time around.
