SENIOR COLLEGE CAMPUS DIRECTOR

Conducting Weekly admissions meeting for goal setting and tracking.•    Process and complete Title VI Pell Packages, Review AR to identify students ready for packaging due to status change or crossovers, Import ISARS and complete corrections, Process all G-845 and INS verification, Order federal funds when necessary, submit Financial planning report and weekly separations report Suspend or dismiss student that do not meet his/her financial obligation. Collect all monies pay to the college, complete daily deposit, process Direct, Plus or alternative loans. Maintain a current AR and submit it the 15th and the 30th of every month to the CFO. Any other duties assigned.

OWNER/ADMINISTRATOR OF DIXIE EAST INC. dba DIXIE MANOR ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY

    Responsible for overall operation of  the community including ADL’s, entertainment, appointments, medication management, staffing, training, and administration.     Management  of all departments, including but not limited to administration, marketing, food & beverage, repair & maintenance, housekeeping, resident care and resident activities.  Successfully executes business development strategies and directs short-term and long-term planning to support strategic goals.  Ensures compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.  Create and implement company policy and procedures. Responsible for providing AHCA with documentation and plan of correction during and after a facility survey.  Responsible for operating plans, budgeting, and capital improvements.     Manage accounting department to include payroll, billing, account receivables, account payables and cash management.
