I have a passion for teaching, mentoring, and supporting people with the passion to be an entrepreneur. My resume includes retail, purchasing, Semi-Conductor technology sales management supporting start-Ups and mid to large businesses, small business restaurant owner, the COO and Finance officer of a manufacturing company.

I am presently a CPA with expertise in Taxation, Accounting and Financial Planning.Previously a Tax Manager with Con Edison. Presently own a tax consulting business. Past Chairman of the NYS Taxation Committee of the NYS Society of CPAs. Holds an MBA in Taxation.

I have been in tax departments of manufacturing, service, real estate, and finance companies, the last twenty-three of which have been as head of the respective tax departments. Being in tax I have had experience dealing with virtually all business issues, including finance, marketing, administration, and manufacturing. This involved being familiar with all aspects of each area in order that I could formulate the correct taxation, as well as assist with income, payroll sales taxation.

Real estate management and development; accounting; construction. I have experience in all phases of real estate development, management, and ownership. This includes sales, leasing, financing, property management, syndication, construction, zoning, accounting and tax strategies, and much more.
